The Brisbane Blaze has recently announced an exciting collaboration with John Paul College (JPC).
Beyond their role as a team sponsor, JPC actively contributes to the vibrant atmosphere during home rounds.
During the second Brisbane Blaze home round against the Tassie Tigers, the JPC Supporter Crew rallied the crowd, creating an electric atmosphere to cheer on the teams. And that’s not all! For the final home round against the Perth Thundersticks in Round 7, the JPC Marching Band will provide pre-game and between game entertainment.
Alison Lyons, CEO of Hockey Queensland Brisbane Blaze, expressed her enthusiasm for this partnership: “The Blaze team is thrilled to collaborate with an educational institution like JPC. The JPC values are centred on the school being built for the community by the community and as a family centred sporting community we believe we strongly align. Connecting with the community and junior hockey participants is a top priority for the Blaze. JPC boasts an impressive history of excellence in both sports and the arts, alongside their commitment to education.”
