It’s the last home game for the NSW Pride this Sunday at Sydney Olympic Park and we’re taking on Hockey Club Melbourne in the #BattleOfTheBorder! Bragging rights are on the line and so are some all-important points. There’s lots on the line for both teams, so make sure to be and show your support.
Here is everything you need to know about our Round 5 match-day…
THE BASICS

Alternatively, you can purchase tickets by calling 132 849 or visiting your nearest Ticketek Agency Outlet.
Tickets will also be available at the ground. These can be purchased at the box office. Be aware, tickets will be more expensive at the gate, so we encourage everyone to buy before getting to the ground.
TRANSPORT
TRAINS
The closet station to the Hockey Stadium is Olympic Park station which is approximately a 15min walk via Olympic Bvld and Sarah Durack Ave.
Olympic Park station is on the T7 line – Olympic Park. Change at Lidcombe station for services leaving every 10 minutes.
Travel times (approx):
- Central – 30 minutes
- Parramatta – 18 minutes
BUSES
Several bus routes service Sydney Olympic Park from major hubs around the area.
- 401 from Lidcombe
- 450 from Hurstville
- 525 from Parramatta
- 525/526 from Burwood
- 526 from Sydney Olympic park Wharf
PARKING
The closet paid parking is the P4 carpark right outside the Hockey Stadium. Event day rates apply – $5 per hour, $25 daily maximum. No validation will be available.
There is limited free street parking approximately 10 minutes from the Stadium on Carter Street and adjoining side streets.
MERCHANDISE
Pick up some NSW Pride merchandise at the Just Hockey store on the Western Grandstand concourse.
NSW replica and training gear will be available for purchase at this game along with other supporter gear starting from $10.
MATCH-DAY ACTIVITIES

Also make sure to collect your special edition NSW Pride Player posters from around the ground. There will also be three special inductions into the Hockey Australia Hall of Fame during the break between games.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
There will be a number of food and beverage options on the day. In addition to the Stadium canteen, there will be a BBQ, food trucks and additional bars.
