The Brisbane Blaze head to Canberra for this Friday night’s clash against Canberra Chill in Round 6 of the JDH Hockey One League.
Diarmid Chappell returns to the Blaze Men after playing for the Australian U21 Men – the Burras – at the recent Sultan of Johor Cup in Malaysia.
Tyler Gaddes is set to make his debut for Blaze Men, being elevated from the Squad of 30 to the Squad of 22.
Men’s Head Coach Matt Wells also returns to this role after being in Malaysia with the Burras as their assistant coach the last 2 weeks.
Emily Kingston & Keely Walker will make their debuts for Blaze Women, while Ruby Harris and Dayle Dolkens return to the group.
Former Hockeyroo and Brisbane Blaze Home Game Sideline Reporter Meg Pearce will travel with the Blaze Women as part of the Team Staff with Angie Lambert unavailable this week.
